We are incredibly proud of our Will writing service. We have written thousands of Wills for people in Newbury, Thatcham, Reading and Basingstoke.

What we do

At the minute, we are taking the vast majority of our Will instructions online. If you've never done this before, it is really easy and there is nothing technical to set up. All you need is a tablet, phone or computer.

The process

We meet with you to take your Will instruction at a time to suit you, day or evening. We really take the time to properly explain everything and answer your questions. You will never be rushed, or pushed into making decisions you don’t understand.

After this, we send our notes and draft Will through the post, and once this is approved we will send a properly bound and printed Will for you to sign.

This process usually takes 2-4 weeks, although we can be flexible and provide a quicker turnaround if necessary. We feel this thorough approach is the only way to write your Will properly.

Fixed prices

Unlike other services, there are no hidden fees and the meter is not running when we talk to you. Basic Wills are £195 for a single person and £245 for a couple. For the price of everything we do please see our price list.
